I am Lorenzo Corazza, real estate agent and owner of the Toschouse Real Estate Agency. I was born in Cortona in Tuscany, I have been a real estate agent here in Cortona since 2003. I like vintage objects, art and design. Working in the place where I was born and raised allows me to get to know the territory and above all the people, who like me, live it every day. Energy, emotion, vitality, this is what a home can transmit to me. With words, photographs and videos I want to communicate the same emotions to people. I always try to picture myself on the client’s side and think what I really want from a real estate agent. Honesty means not trying to sell anything to anyone unless it’s exactly what they want or need. I try to understand people’s needs and what they dream of finding, what they are looking for more than what they are willing to give up. In my work, I give the same importance to the luxury property as to the small suburban apartment in which you invest money for the first time in your life, because they are both the realization of a project. In terms of satisfaction and enthusiasm, they have the same value for me.

My studio makes use of the collaboration of various professionals in the sector: notaries, lawyers, architects, surveyors, photographers and home stagers, in order to move with competence and professionalism in the increasingly complex dynamics of the real estate market.
